SMS Policy

This SMS Policy ("Policy") describes the terms governing text message (SMS/MMS) communications sent by Clarevo AI, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Clarevo," "we," or "us"), located in The Woodlands, TX. By providing your mobile phone number to Clarevo, you consent to receiving text messages in accordance with this Policy and applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA").

1. Types of Messages

Clarevo may send you SMS messages for the following purposes:

  • Account verification: One-time passcodes and authentication codes to verify your identity during login or account setup
  • Security alerts: Notifications regarding unusual account activity, password changes, or other security-related events
  • Service notifications: Transactional messages related to your subscription, including billing confirmations, content approval reminders, and service status updates

Clarevo does not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS unless you have provided separate, explicit opt-in consent for marketing communications.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number during account registration or within your account settings, you expressly consent to receiving transactional and service-related SMS messages from Clarevo. Marketing SMS messages, if offered in the future, will require a separate, affirmative opt-in that is clearly distinguishable from any other consent.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may subscribe to Clarevo services without consenting to SMS communications.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Typical volume is one to three (1-3) messages per month. You may receive additional messages during periods of heightened account activity, such as onboarding or billing cycles.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Clarevo is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider for receiving text messages.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message received from Clarevo
  • Updating your notification preferences in your Clarevo dashboard
  • Contacting us at support@clarevo.ai

Upon receiving your opt-out request, Clarevo will send a single confirmation message and will cease all further SMS communications. Please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours for opt-out requests to be fully processed.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your ability to use the Clarevo platform or receive communications via other channels (e.g., email, in-app notifications).

6. Help and Support

For assistance with SMS communications, you may:

  • Reply HELP to any SMS message received from Clarevo
  • Email support@clarevo.ai

7. Carrier Compatibility

Clarevo SMS messages are compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carrier support is subject to change. Clarevo is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier network issues.

8. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and related information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Clarevo does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for the purposes described in this Policy and for delivering services you have requested.

9. TCPA Compliance

Clarevo complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations governing SMS communications. We maintain records of consent and honor all opt-out requests promptly. Clarevo does not use automatic telephone dialing systems to send SMS messages without prior express consent.

10. Modifications

Clarevo reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Clarevo dashboard. Continued receipt of SMS messages following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
